Michelle has been involved in the music ministry here at MBBC for over 20 years, but joined the staff in 2007. She is also a private music teacher, giving lessons in voice and piano. Her goal is to help create a spiritual atmosphere conducive to experiencing God and promoting Jesus Christ in worship, and to encourage an enthusiastic, participatory congregational music program.

Michelle has been married to Bill Snodderly since 1989, and they have two wonderful sons, Zach and Trevor. They reside in Greencastle, PA.
